We arrived to find a complimentary upgrade for my husband's birthday, complete with a bottle of bubbly. The staff's attention to detail made our stay unforgettable.

The location was perfect, but the hotel itself is on a no through road. This made it slightly inconvenient to catch a cab directly outside.

Visiting the Portas do Sol Viewpoint was a highlight for us, offering breathtaking views and a perfect family photo op.

In my wife’s opinion, it would be great if the hotel provided more kid-friendly menu options for breakfast. My children wanted pancakes or waffles but had limited choices.

Great option for a weekend in Lisbon at good value. The hotel is really close to many fantastic breakfast spots, like Copenhagen Coffee Lab. If you’re catching an early flight, plan a quick breakfast out instead of at the hotel.

Location was super central, perfect for exploring Lisbon. The room had air conditioning, a comfy seating area, and a flat-screen TV. Lots of free toiletries including shampoo and body soap. The shower was amazing, really spacious! Breakfast had freshly baked pastries and local dishes plus free snacks in the lobby.

I absolutely loved my stay at Hotel Da Baixa. The location is perfect—just a short walk to major attractions and tons of restaurants. Check-in was seamless with friendly staff greeting me right away. The room I had was super clean and the bed was incredibly comfy. I enjoyed the delicious breakfast with plenty of options. The highlight was the attentive service from the staff. they took care of everything from transportation to dinner reservations. One hiccup, though, was some noise from the street late at night, which interrupted my sleep a bit. Otherwise, my experience was fantastic, and I can't wait to return.
